La Crete du Berger is a newly built one bedroom chalet apartment sleeping four people. It is on the ground floor with a garden patio giving uninterrupted views across the valley. It has a private ski locker and parking.
It is in the little village of La Joue du Loup a family winter and summer resort in the French Alps. Ideal for anyone looking for a relaxing time in a location with stunning scenery.

Winter Rental
What's on offer during the Winter season:
- the amazing 1450m – 2450m Altitude
- 100km of pistes makes the Devoluy ski area one of the largest in the Southern Alps.
- the lift system is modern and efficient with hands free lift pass technology.
- 30km of the pistes are covered by snow cannons.
Snow Park
The “Mushroom Park” is in the middle of the ski area. Jumps, pipes, tables, ramps and rails of all levels are available, these are classified by colour like the pistes green, blue, red and black.
Ski lessons are available from the Ecole de Ski France.
Day nurseries and Ski Kindergarten can be booked for little ones.
If skiing isn’t your thing try mountain walking, cross country skiing, snowshoe and hiking. There are plenty of marked trails. Get a guide or buy a map from the tourist office in the village.
Summer Rental
The resort is as charming in summer with plenty of activities for all the family.
In La Joue du Loup you can find:
- a swimming pool 2 minutes away from the chalet.
- horse riding, basket ball, tennis, mini golf, adventure forest, chairlifts and many more activities in the village.
There is also:
- 220 km of mountain bike paths and 3 downhill tracks.
- 240km of hiking trails.
- white water adventures, canyoning, rafting and canoeing.
- 585 known caves the deepest going down 980 meters.
It is less than two hours from the French Riviera and twenty minutes from Provence.
If you long for peace and quiet it is an ideal location out of season but transport is required as local shops will be closed.
