Team and Tour Rules

These rules are to be taken into account at all times while on tour. Rules come into action from the moment tour members set off for their tour location (such as Skegness which we will be driving to this year, '09) and only end when each tour member is safely back home and the carnage has ended.

Drivers are the only members explicitly exempt from any consumption whilst travelling to the tour location and travelling back to their home location. This rule obviously becomes void if there are no drivers.

Below is a list of the rules - memorise them!

  • Left-hand drinking only - This rule varies depending on where you come from and whether you are a gay or not. Either way, it is strictly left-hand only drinking!
  • Fines sessions (1) - Players must wear some sort of head-gear (e.g. cap, sunglasses) and their team tie at ALL fines sessions. No excuses ...don't have any headgear to hand? Go make some out of what you can find in the bin.
  • Fines sessions (2) - There will be absolutely NO swearing during fines sessions. As you can imagine, this will result in more fines.
  • Fines sessions (3) - Do not be late to a fines session! This is an immense sin and you shall be punished accordingly.
  • Fines sessions (4) - No mobile phones are allowed at fines sessions. Again you shall be fined accordinly if you break this rule.
  • Respect - This must be given to committee members at all times. If you do not show the appropriate respect, you shall be punished.
  • Acknowledgment - Empty beverage holders must be acknowledged by holding it to your head until somebody confirms that it is empty and acknowledges your empty vessel. If you need an example of this ...tough shit, you aren't going to get one ...learn on the job!
  • Kit - Players must not lose kit or abuse kit in any fashion. Graffiti by the opposite is a scandal and shall be severly punished. I don't care how much you think it may 'get you in there'.
  • Family - When one sibling drinks ...the other drinks!

There will no doubt be more rules to follow ...watch this space! (for your own safety)
